Galapagos Scuba Diving - Dive Cruise Yacht1.- Where are the Galapagos Islands?
They are in the Pacific Ocean 600 miles west of the Republic of Ecuador. Ninety minutes flight from Mainland Ecuador.

2.- When Should I arrive in Ecuador?
You have to arrive to Ecuador at least one day prior to the Galapagos cruise departure. We can arrange one night stay-over in either Guayaquil or Quito.

3.- Do I need a valid passport?
U.S. , European Union Countries, Australia , Latin America Countries citizens must carry a valid passport, with 6 months of validation from the departure date, no visas or inoculation are required. Visitors from other countries should consult us.

4.- How many days is your Galapagos cruise and how many dives can I make?
Most charters are for 8 day/7nights. 17 dives during the week.

5.- What is included in a Galapagos Diving trip?
It includes accommodations aboard the vessel, diving, compressed air, tanks, weights, and weight belts, 3 meals, potable water, Dive Master.

6.- Where do our Galapagos Diving trips starts?
It will depend on the boat and the date.

7.- What will I see on my Galapagos Island diving experience
Large schools of hammerhead sharks. White tip and Galapagos sharks. Different types of rays like Mantas, Eagle, Spotted rays, turtles, sea lions, fur seals, jack, tunas and 3 kinds of snappers, dolphins plus large whale sharks are also often seen.

8.- Do I need to pay any Galapagos National Park fee ?
You are entitled to pay the Galapagos national Park fee of U.S. $ 100, oo per person and Ingala tax of $ 20 U. S. per person.

9.- What is the Galapagos water temperature?
It varies from 65 F to 85 F; we do highly recommend a 7 mm wet suit.

10.- Is there a dinghy diving?
Yes, all dives are made for the vessel dinghy.

11.- Where is the nearest recompression chamber?
We have one in Puerto Ayora, (Galapagos Islands).

12.- Air Transportation
The Major World Airlines as American Airlines, KLM, Delta, Lan , Iberia, Continental offers daily service from Miami , New York, Atlanta, Houston , Amsterdan and Madrid to Quito and Guayaquil . TAME & Aerogal Airlines serves the islands of San Cristobal and Baltra Island . Both flights originate in Quito and Guayaquil . There is a 40 pound (1 bag) baggage allowance on Galapagos flights.
